Who We Are
Stature was launched in 2006 by Joseph Patalano and Gregory Silvano. In less than two years, Stature has grown to more than fifty software developers in seven countries. Our team consists of Microsoft .NET developers, Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle DBAs, graphic artists, CSS & Javascript gurus, Quality Assurance Engineers, and Software Project Managers.
Joseph was introduced to software development while working for Microsoft Consulting Services. After achieving numerous certifications, he moved onto IDX Systems and then Fidelity Investments before co-founding Kapture, Inc. in 2003. Kapture began as a software consulting company but transitioned into SaaS (Software as a Service) in response to customer demand.
Gregory, prior to starting Stature with Joseph, consulted for companies such as Fidelity Investments, Putnam Investments, Gillette, Sylvania, ZOOTS, Dunkin’ Brands, The Princeton Review and US News & World Reports. He's also the guy who wrote CodeHound, an internet search engine for software developers in the pre-Google days.
